My journey in orthodontics began back in 2006 as a records technician, where I immersed myself in the intricacies of orthodontics. Over the years, I advanced to become an orthodontic technician, refining my skills and expertise in clinical orthodontics.

Fueled by a desire to broaden my horizons, I pursued studies in business management at FAU, arming myself with the essential business acumen needed to effectively lead and manage orthodontic practices. This path eventually led me to the helm of a multi-location orthodontic office, where I spearheaded strategic initiatives that drove remarkable growth and efficiency.

However, it was my personal journey through orthodontic treatment that ignited a profound passion within me. Experiencing firsthand the transformative impact of orthodontic care, I became deeply committed to enhancing every aspect of the patient experience. From the initial New Patient encounter to optimizing communication efficiencies and ensuring a seamless treatment journey, my focus lies in understanding the distinction between customer service and customer experience.
